The 17th of July 2026 turned out to be another scorcher in sunny Coatbridge, and the warmth suited the day perfectly. The gentlemen were dressed in tan, which looked just right for a summer wedding, while the bride and bridesmaids looked stunning as they got ready for the ceremony at Holy Trinity and All Saints.
Aiden and Erin chose two silver Chrysler Baby Bentleys and a Mercedes V-Class for the day, giving them plenty of room to carry the wider wedding party in comfort. As always, the cars arrived dressed with ribbons and silk flowers, and the chauffeurs were on hand early so the morning could unfold at an easy pace.
A chatty companion for the journey
One of the day's running jokes was Stravinsky, the chauffeur, who talked the ears off Erin and her father on the way to the ceremony, then carried on in fine form with the newlyweds on the way to the reception. It is exactly the kind of friendly, personal touch that helps settle nerves before a ceremony and keeps the mood light afterwards, when the celebrating begins.
From church to Glenbervie House Hotel
After the vows at Holy Trinity and All Saints, the party made its way to Glenbervie House Hotel for the reception. With the summer sun holding steady, the drive between the church and the hotel was an easy, happy stretch of the day, the two Baby Bentleys and the V-Class keeping everyone together and on time.
The complimentary bubbly gave Aiden and Erin a quiet moment to themselves as husband and wife before the reception crowd gathered. Perfect weather for a perfect wedding, and a day the couple will remember for its warmth in every sense.
