When to Book Your Wedding Car (and Why Summer Saturdays Go Early)

Wedding cars are often booked late — but the best dates go first. Here's when to sort yours, so you're not left choosing from what's left.

When to Book Your Wedding Car (and Why Summer Saturdays Go Early)

Book once your date and venue are set

As soon as you've locked in your date and venue, it's worth sorting your transport. You don't need every detail finalised — the route and timings can be tweaked later — but holding the date early means you get the car you want.

Why summer Saturdays go early

We only take one wedding per car per day, so each date is genuinely limited. Popular summer and early-autumn Saturdays are often spoken for 12 to 18 months ahead. If your date falls in peak season, sooner is safer.

A small deposit holds it

A £50-per-car deposit secures your date, with the balance not due until 30 days before the wedding — so booking early is low-commitment on the wallet.

Left it late? Still worth asking

Short-notice weddings are often no problem, especially midweek or off-season. Check your date on the booking page for live availability and an instant price — you'll know in a couple of minutes whether your car is free.
